We want to bring fresh, tasty, crunchy salads to everyone, changing perceptions of the soggy, tasteless fayre that is regularly served up at many food outlets across the UK.

We aren’t just committed to the UK we also want to bring our experience and passion to the world. We have experience of growing in different countries and climates and also supplying relevant to the local demand, by 2024 we plan to start to expand internationally.

We believe in hyper-localised produce been the only sustainable way of producing genuinely fresh produce, that’s why we have laid the groundwork for a WorldWide Local Salads unit to be in every major city in the UK over the next few years.
